We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. All return requests must be submitted within this period. No return requests will be accepted after 30 days.
Condition for Returns
All returned items must be brand new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and kept in original packaging with all tags and accessories attached. Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
How to Apply for Return
Please contact our support team via email or message to get a return authorization number. Do not send back items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Shipping Cost for Returns
If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or shipped incorrectly, we will cover the return shipping cost. For personal reason returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will approve your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Bank processing time may take 5–10 working days.
Final Sale Items
Clearance items, promotional discounted products, and personalized custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Lost Package
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
